The proportion of women at Loeffler is almost 80 percent. This is one of the reasons why the compatibility of family and career is an extremely important issue. Our numerous flexible part-time models are highly appreciated by our employees.

We attach great importance to fair working conditions and an optimal working environment. This includes open communication areas, ergonomic height-adjustable desks as well as plenty of daylight and a natural lighting concept in all areas of the company.

Our employees can choose individually from 102 different working time models to successfully master the balancing act between career and family. After all, the percentage of women at Löffler is a proud 79%!

We see the long years of service and low fluctuation as a positive sign for the satisfaction of our employees. Many employees have been working for Löffler for decades and contribute valuable know-how and experience to the production process.

For more than four decades, the works council has championed the interests of employees and is their first point of contact.

100 apprentices have already been trained

Good employees are needed to guarantee the appropriate product quality. Since 1987 more than 100 apprentices have been trained and taken on permanently after completion of their apprenticeship. In this way, we guarantee these future skilled workers a secure job in a familiar working atmosphere.
